SMSF Setup & Administration
Corporate Trustee Setup from $1,200 + GST
If you choose to use a Corporate Trustee, we can establish a new company and prepare all related documents, including constitution, and lodge necessary paperwork with ASIC.Registered Agent - Trustee company only from $150 + GST + ASIC annual fee
We can act as the registered agent for your corporate trustee. This involves preparation and lodgement of the annual company return and all other ASIC forms as required during the year, such as change of company name, change to shareholders and directors or change to addresses of the company or its members.
Basic Accumulation Fund from $1,000 + GST / per year
Account Based, Accumulated or Market-Linked Pension Fund from $1,200 + GST / per year
Accounting for GST - price on discussion
Audit of the financial statements from $300 + GST / per year
Approved Actuary Certificate $180 + GST / per year
Individual tax returns for the members of your SMSF from $120 + GST / per year
